Q: Can I bring my dog with during my stay? A: Unfortunately the Lofts of Estes Park has a no pet policy, so we ask that you leave your dogs and other furry and feathered friends at home. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Q: Are all of the units of The Lofts the same?A: Each unit has a unique floor plan and layout. Some are located on the garden (lower) level, while others are accessed from upper floors. Please be aware that no matter which unit you stay in, there will be some amount of steps in order to access your front door. Some units have AC, fans, jacuzzi bath tubs, kitchen supplies, different check-in/out times, etc., so please read the details of your unit carefully when booking your reservation so you know what to expect.


Q: When I arrive, where do I park? A: Overnight parking is available directly in front of the condo complex. Please park perpendicular to the street to allow room for other guests. If there are no open spots, additional parking can be found across the street in the Riverside Town lot. Be sure to keep your parking pass (available in your unit) on your dashboard at all times, and please don’t forget to return it upon your departure. 


The City of Estes Park also offers free, seasonal shuttle services so you can park your car or RV in one of the major parking hubs for the duration of your stay and rely on the downtown trolley and shuttle busses to get you around town or even into Rocky Mountain National Park. Q: Can I do my laundry at The Lofts? A: Please read the details on the unit you are booking to determine if a washer/dryer is available to you. If your unit does not have one, there are laundromats in town, including our favorite, Dad’s Laundry just up the road (970) 586-2025


Q: How will my trip to Estes Park be affected by COVID-19? A: While the town was closed for a few months in the early outbreak of the pandemic, shops and restaurants have been open since July, 2020 ready to safely welcome guests. Q: Should I book my reservation for Rocky Mountain Park ahead of time? A: Yes! With the Park's current policy, if you would like to visit Rocky Mountain National Park you should make your reservations 2+ weeks out.
